FROM DOWN UNDER, LOCATED IN CHICAGO

Chicago's first Australian café, Chapel Street, is set to debut on the Magnificent Mile in early January 2025. Led by Melbourne native and hospitality veteran Shawn Uldridge, the café will feature a roastery, dine-in and take-out service, and a full bar, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a distinctly Australian flair. Uldridge plans to source as much as possible from Australian suppliers, staying true blue to the calling with all items baked, smoked, and prepared in-house.

Additionally, Chapel Street will roast specialty coffee on-site and feature an exclusive beverage program offering only Australian-made wine and featuring Australian liquor and liqueurs where possible.
